Refund Policy

Similar to an in-person photoshoot, you can anticipate receiving some outstanding photos from us, though it's improbable that every single one will be exceptional. On the rare occasion that none of the photos meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer a refund.

In order to prevent abuse, you would be eligible for a refund ONLY IF:

• You have uploaded photos that comply with the requirements.
• You have not downloaded any image from your generated photos.
• You reach out to us within 3 days of your photos being generated.

If you believe that you didn't even find 4 decent photos from the set, we promise to do a complete re-do or a 100% refund of your payment.
